On Dreaming

Not too long ago I woke up from a scary dream. At the time it seemed real, but really it was an illusion. Sleep is also know as the minor death and each time we sleep inshaAllah we wake up to something more real i.e. this life. But still this life is also an illusion and when we wake up i.e. die, we will see the true reality. The dream seems so real and vivid you can taste, see, smell, have emotions and you feel like you have done so much and when you wake up maybe an hour or two has passed. Similarly, when we rise from our graves it will feel as if only part of a day has passed though many of us lived for years. Don’t get caught up in the illusion.
